06-20-55-5EESOLUTION ~;;HEPuEA$, the City Co~ission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, does, pursuant to Article 15 of the Charter of the said City, deem it necessary for the public interest, that certain streets, boulevards, avenues, lanes, alleys, parkways, and other public highways, within the limits of the said City, be improved by being built, repaired, resurfaced, and rebuilt, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Superintendent of Public Works is hereby direct- ed and ordered to prepare an estimated cost of repair, resurfacing rebuilding and constructing, streets, roads, boulevards, avenues, lanes, alleys, parkways, and other public highways over the dedi- cared rights-of-ways as hereinafter set forth: Nor+i~ '~--i. That theSuperintendent' of Public Works shall pre- pare plans and specifications which shall be on file with the City Clerk of the City of Boynton Beach, which said plans and specifi- cations shall be in accordance with the laws and ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, having a paving width of not less than 22 feet, be constructed of lime rock compacted to not less than 6 inches and surfacing as set out by laws and ordinances of said City of Boynton Beach. 3. The said Superintendent of Public Works shall have prepared and present to the next regular City Commission meeting of the City of Boynton Beach, on 3une 20, 1955, the said plans and specifications as herein mentioned.
