WHERF2~, OLGA BROWN, is the fee owner of certain lots in the
City of Boynton Beach, more particularly described as Lots 7 to 12,
~.5 to 30, in Block 10 BOYNTON HEIGHTS; and
WHEREAS Lots 7 to 12 front on Ocean Avenue in said city and
Lots 25 to 30 front on Jasmine Street of said city; and
WHEREAS the said Lots 7 to 12 and 25 to 30 are separated by
a twenty (20) foot alley; and
WHEREAS the garage apartment attached to the residence of
said OLGA BROWN is so constructed as to encroach on the. said alley;
and
WHE~ the said OLGA BROWN states that she was without
knowledge of the fact that the garage apartment was so constructed
as to encroach on said alley when she purchased the said property;
and
WHEREAS the said OLGA B~OWN states that said garage a
cannot now be moved without incurring a greatloss and expense to
her; and
WHE}~EAS the said OLGA BROWN petitions this Commission for
permission to be allowed to keep said building as is until said
building is destroyed or demolished.
THEREFORE, BE IT I~ESOLVED, that this Commis~on for and in
consideration of $1.00 paid by Olga Brown to the City of Boynton
Beach, grants to the said Olga Brown a license, consent and per-
mission to keep said garage apartment on said alley until such
time as the same is demolished or destroyed.
