The undersigned owner of Lots 7 to 12 and 25 to 30 of Block
10 of BOYNTON HEIGHTS in the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
requests that a public alley, commencing on Powell Street and
running easterly to Benson Street in said Block 10, be vacated and
abandoned.
