RESOLUTION NO. R03- " ~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING A FULL RELEASE OF CASH SURETY
IN THE AMOUNT OF $495.00 TO LM DEVELOPMENT
FOR THE PROJECT KNOWNS AS INCHES-A- WEIGH;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTNE DATE.
WHEREAS, on April 1, 2003, the Building Division forwarded to Finance
Department a cash bond of$495.00 for the completion of the permitted work at Inches-A-
Weigh located at 2276 N. Congress Avenue; and
WHEREAS, The work has been completed and the Certificate of Occupancy has
been issued; and;
WHEREAS, the City Commission, upon recommendation of staff, deems it
appropriate to authorize a full release of cash surety in the amount of $495.00 to Inches-
A-Weigh.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1.
The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida,
hereby approves the full release of the cash surety in the amount of $495.00 to Inches-A-
Weigh.
Section 2.
That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
