said City, be improved by being buil~, repaired, res~faced, and rebuilt, now,
therefore,
BE IT R~OLVED BY THE CITY OF BOYNTON B~i&CH, FLORIDA~ AS FOLLOWS:
1. The Superintenden~ of Public Works is hereby directed and
ordered ~o prepare ~ estimated cost for repair, res~facing, rebuilding
and constructing, streets ~ roads, bo~evards, avenues, lanes, alleys, ~arkways,
and o~her public highways over the dedicated rights-of-ways as hereinafter
s et for th:
N. E. 2nd S~reet between N.E. 2nd Avenue and N. E, oth Avenue.

and specifications which shall be on file with the City Clerk of '0he City of

width of no~ less ~han 22 feet, be construc'Oed of lime rock compacoed to noo
