DESIGNATING A DEPOSITORY FOR A PORTION OF
THE WATER_ INTEREST AND SINKING FUND
WHEREAS, in the interest of the City it is
deemed advisable to transfer a portion of the Water Interest
and Sinking Fund to a savings account, and,
WHEREAS, it a~ears that the FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS
& LOAN ASSOCIATION OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, is duly qualified
to be the official depository of such funds,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY the Council of the City
of Bo~nton Beach, Florida that the First Federal Savings &
Loan Association of Delray Beach, Florida, be and hereby is
appointed the 0fficisl Depository of a portion of the Water
Interest and Sinking Fund of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, that all checks, drafts or other orders
for the withdrawal of money be signed by the Treasurer and
countersigned by the Mayor.
BE IT FURTHER RESOL~ that the First Federal Savings
& Loan Association of Delray Beach, Florida be instructed to
recognize the signatures of D. V. Williams as Treasurer, and the-
countersignature of A. E. Shook ms Mayor, on 911 checks issued
by the City of Boynton Beach, Florida..
