A RESOLUTiON OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING A FULL
RELEASE OF THE LE'I-FER OF CREDIT FOR SANTA CRUZ,
INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF $9,700.00, SAID LETTER OF
CREDIT BEING ISSUED BY BARNETT BANK, NO. M511553;
AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the water and sewer systems for this project are fully completed
and have operated satisfactorily during the one-year warranty period;
NOW, THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF: BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, based
upon the recommendation of staff, hereby approves a full release of the Letter of Credit
(No. M5114553) in the amount of $9,700.00.
Section 2. That this Resolution
passage.
