A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, APPOINTING
COMMISSIONER NELLIE DENAHAN AS A REPRESENTATIVE
TO THE PALM BEACH COUNTY MUNICIPAL LEAGUE AND
APPOINTING ~ OTHER COMMISSION MEMBER AS
ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVE TO THE PALM BEACH
COUNTY MUNICIPAL LEAGUE~ AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE,
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, ]s
entitled to representation on the Palm Beach County Municipal League; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission has considered the qualifications necessary
for such representation and wishes to bestow upon the following named individuals
such right and honor of service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I'T RESOLVED BY THE CI'TY COMMI'SSTON OF
THE CTTY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORTDA THAT:
Section 1. The "WHEREAS" clauses above are hereby ratified and confirmed
as being true and correct and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, hereby
appoints COMMISSZO~ER NELLIE D~.NA~ a representative to the Palm Beach County
Municipal League and appoints ~ CITY COMMZSSZO, ~MBER as alternate
representative to the Palm Beach County Municipal League.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
