A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING A RELEASE OF CASH SURETY TO
ALBERTSON'S INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF
$76,892.00 FOR THE PROJECT LOCATED AT
THE BOYNTON WEST SHOPPING CENTER; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
~EREAS, the developer of this parcel, previously
posted cash surety mn the amount of $76,892.00 to guarantee
completion of water and sewer facilities serving the site,
located at the Boynton West Shopping Center; and
~EREAS, a final inspection has been conducted on this
project and the system appears to be functioning properly
without any defects;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida, based upon the recommendation of
staff, hereby approves the cash surety zn the amount of
$76,892.00 to Albertson's, Inc., for the project located at
the Boynton West Shoppmng Center.
Section 2 That this Resolution shall become
effective mmmediately upon passage.
