A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING A LETTER OF CREDIT FOR THE
PROJECT KNOWN AS ALBERTSONS AT HYPOLUXO
VILLAGE, AND ISSUED BY WELLS FARGO BANK,N.A.,
(LETTER OF CREDIT NO. NWS487658) IN THE AMOUNT
OF $22,188.91.00; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, upon
of staff, does hereby accept the above referenced Letter of Credit in the
of $22,188.91 as surety for the satisfactory performance of the sewer improvements
the project known as Albertsons at Hypoluxo Village.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida hereby
and accepts a Letter of Credit in the amount of $22,188.91 (No. NWS487658)
issued by Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as surety for the satisfactory performance of the sewer
for the project known as Albertsons at Hypoluxo Village.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
