A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND
CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A TWO SERVICE
AGREEMENTS FOR YEARLY COPY MACHINE
MAINTENANCE BETWEEN THE CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH AND COPYCO; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach desires to enter into two
(2) service agreement with COPYCO, a Toshiba Company, to provide
maintenance for two copy machines located in Fire Administration and
in Fire and Life Safety (station three); and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COI~IMISSlON OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida does hereby authorize and direct the Mayor and City Clerk to
execute the two Service Agreement between the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida and COPYCO, copies of said Agreements being attached
hereto as composite Exhibit "A".
Section 2. This Resolution will become effective immediately
upon passage.

The warranty on your Toshiba 1560 CLE819979 copier will expire on 2/28/99. Enclosed
please find a proposal for a maintenance agreement. This agreement is billed monthly at
.007¢ per copy for the previous months usage and covers all parts and labor excluding
paper, staples, color supplies and shipping costs.
In order to keep your equipment at maximum performance a service agreement is highly
recommended. If you choose not to have an agreement, or labor rate is $.90.00 per hour
plus any parts or supplies that are needed.
To accept, sign the maintenance agreement and remit with Purchase Order before
2/28/99, or this offer will be void. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at
