oalm Be~ch, Florida, is hereby a~pointed exchange agent by the
City of Boynton Be~,ch~ ?loride., for the ouroose of exchanging
$58~9.~0.85 n. efunding Bonds, issue of 19~9, d~ted July 1, 19gq,
maturing J~ly ]., 1971, bearing interest reoresented by counons
nayable semi-annually on January 1 ~nd July 1 at the r~te of 1-~
ncr annum from the d~te of the bond to july ], 1951, thereafter
at the r~.te of 2~ net annum to July ], 195~, thereafter at the
rate of 2.~.~ ocr annum to July ]., 19~6, thereafter at the r~te of
3~ ncr annum to July 1~ 1961, and at the rate of ~.~ net annum
thereafter, all having January 1~ 1950, and subsequent coupons
attached. Said bonds are numbered one to fifty-ntne~ inclusive~
and e~ch ~re in the denomin~.tion of $1~000.00 exceot one bond
which is in the denomination of $950.85. For the bonds Just above
described, the Florida Bank & Trust Comnauy at ~est Palm Beach
shall receive Town of ~oynton Beach imnrovement certificates of
indebtedness, Issue of May 1, 1928, having a total nar value of
orincioal ~nd interest accrued to July 1~ 19~9~ of $5B,950.85.
IT IS F~/RTHER P~FSOLV~,D that the city Clerk of the City
of Boynton Beach is hereby authorized to notify the said Florida
B~nk ~ Trust Como~ny at West Palm Beach, Florid~, of its aooointment
as such exchange agent, ~nd said Cfty Clerk is further authorized to
request said bank to cencel by ner~or~tlon the certific~te of indebt-
edness and couoons received and to return same to the city of
Boynton Beach. Any and all exnenses incurred b~,~ said b~,nk in connec-
tion with this exchange ~re to be naid by Thomas M. Cook & Como~ny.
