A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL 0P THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING, RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING A SPECIAL WARRANTY
DEED FROM SAID CITY TO H. HARRISON KNAPP AND LUCILLE KNAPP, HIS
WIFE, DATED FEBRUARY 6th 1946.
WHEREAS, the City of Boynton Beach (formerly Town
of Boynton), a municipal corporation existing under the laws of
the State of Florida by Special Warranty Deed dated February
6th 1946, did grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise, release,
convey and confirm unto H. Harrison Knapp and Lucille Knapp,
his wife, the following described real property lying and being
in Palm Beach County, Florida, to wit:
The North One Hundred (NlO0,) feet of
the South Ten Hundred and Ten (S lOlO, )
feet of the East Half (E~) of the
Northeast Quarter (NEb) West of the
Dixie Highway, in section Thirty Three
(~3) Township 48 South of Range 43 East
and ,
WHEREAS, there appears to be no minute record
or resolution authorizing said sale on file in the City Clerk,s
Office in Boynton Beach, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, as follows:
SECTION l: That said sale by the City of Boynton
Beach (formerly Town of Boynton), a municipal corporation exist-
ing under the laws of the State of Florida and the Special
Warranty Deed issued pursuant thereto dated February 6th 1946
and recorded in Deed Record Book 768, Page 2~1, Palm Beach County
Records, be and the same is hereby approved, ratified and con-
firmed; and all matters and things done in pursuance thereof and
