RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
IN REGULAR SESSION SITTING, ABANDONING CERTAIN RIGHT-OF-WAYS
WITHIN SAID CITY.
WHEREAS that certain street named PALM WAY, according
to the plat of Shepard,s Sub-Division of Lots 13, 14 and 15
of Sam Brown Jr. 's Sub-division of the south half of fractional
Section 15, Township 45, South, Range 43 East, according to the
plat thereof r~corded in Plat Book 8, at page 8 in the office
of the clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Palm Beach County,
Florida, has never been used by the public, and it appearing
that the adjoining property owners are desirous of having the
same vacated and have given their consent thereto and have by
Quit Claim Deed conveyed certain property in the city of Boynton
Beach to be used as a street right-of-way which will make the
property concerned in said plat more accessible and useable,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the authorities aforesaid
that said street be abondoned and vacated for use by the public
and that same is hereby released to the adjoining property owners
and abandoned and vacated for use as a public street.
PASSED in regular session on this the 7th day of March,
1949.
