BE IT RESOLVED, By the Board of City Com~tssioners
of the City of Boy.ton Beach, Florida, that;
WHEREAS, certain property in the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, more particularly described as Ridgewood
Lot 87 to 78 inc, 79 to 90 inc, 97 to 104 inc, located with-
in the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, and;
WHEREAS, this property was deeded to the City of
Boynton Beach, Florida by County of Palm Beach, State of
Florida, and;
WHEREAS, the said property is no longer desirable
for municipal purposes; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Commission of
Be~nton Beach, Florida, request the County of Palm Beach
to revoke this dedication of said land for municipal
purposes.
