WHEREAS, the Charter of the City of Boynton Beach,
Florida, provides that the City Treasurer shall prepare
all checks and vouchers to be drawn on the City deposit-
ories, and shall sign the same and present said checks
to the Mayor or Vice Mayor to be countersigned; and
WHEREAS F.L.Purinton is the duly elected and
qualified Mayor; and
WHEREAS Councilman Hood has been appointed to
sign checks in the absence of the Mayor; and
WHEREAS D. V. Williams
City Treasurer;
is the duly appointed
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that a true copy
of this RESOLUTION be sent to the Boynton Beach State
Bank, in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Passed and adopted this 5th day of July, A.D. 1949.
