(A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE
FIXING OF VALUATIONS IN ACCORD-
ANCE WITH LAW ON LANDS ACQUIRED
BY PALM BEACH COUNTY FOR DEL-
INQUENT TAXES. )
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City
of Boynton Beach, in session assembled March 14, 194~, as
follows:
1. That the Mayor,~. Paul Mercer, head of the
legislative body of the City of Boynton Beach and Tax Assessor
(or other officials may be designated by ordinance) are hereby
designated to agree with the Board of County Commissioners
on t~e fixing of valuations in accordance with law on lands
acquired by Palm Beach County for delinquent taxes.
2. T~at said City officials are hereby authorized
and directed to fix the valuation of such county acquired
lands inside the municipality at fifty (80) per cent. of the
last county assessed valuation.
