A RESOLUTION FIXING T}~ TIME FOR THE
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, TO SIT AS A BOARD OF EQUALIZATION
IN THE MATTER OF ASSESSMENT OF THE P~ROP-
ERTY OF SUCH CITY FOR TA~.ATION FOR THE YEAR

V~tEREAS, under the provisions of the Charter of the
City of Boynton Beach, in Palm Beach County, Florida, it is
necessary that the Commission of the City of Boynton Beach,
in Palm Beach County, Florida, sit as a Board of Equalization
in the matter of assessment of the property of such City for
taxation purposes for the year 1946;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Commission
of the City of Boynton Beach, in Palm Beach County, Florida,
shall sit as a Board of Equalization at the City Hall in the
City of Boynton Beach, in Palm Beach County, Florida, on the
12th day of November, 1946, at the hour of l0 A. M. of said
day, for the purpose of equalizing the assessments of the
property of such City for taxation purposes for the year 1946,
in accordance with the provisions of the City Charter; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice of the action
herein taken be given by two publications of this resolution
in a local newspaper and by posting a copy thereof at the
front door of the City Hall in Boynton Beach, in Palm Beach
County, Florida.
THIS RESOLUTION regularly passed and adopted this
day of 0ctober, 1946.
