Vice-Mayor Election RESOLUTION (A RESOLUTION PROVIDIi1G FOR THE ELECTION OF VICE-MAYOR, APRIL 9, 1948) BE IT RESOLVED that notice is hereby ~iven by the City Commissioners of the City of Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, that a General Election of said City will be held at the City Hall, on the Federal Highway, in the City of Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida between the hours of Eight o'clock A.M. (Eastern Wa~~ Times and Sunset of the Ninth (9th) day of April, A. D. 1948, for the purpose of electing an encumbent to th~ office of VICE-MAYOR, for a term of Three (3) years. All nominations for said office shall be made at least Twenty (20) days prior to the date of said election, Nominating petitions or certificates shall be accompanied by a filing fee of Twenty-five Dollars ($28.00). Candidates may be voted for on the ballot without being nominated. Notice is further given that Thomas C. Foster , . Clara B. White and Ethel I. DuBois are ~ereby appolnt&d Inspectors and Eula Lunsfo~d as Clerk of said Election and are ordered to report at the City Hall on the day sa~xd time aforesaid to hold said election. BE IT F~RTHER RESOLVED that the Registration Book of the City of Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, be opened for the Registration of all qualified electors of the City of Boynton Beach, Palm Beach County, Florida, at the City Hall on the 20th day of February, A. D. 1945. All persons desiring to re--~-£ster for the General Election called for the Ninth (gth) day of April, A.
