( A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PROPERTY
OWNERS TO REMOVE ALL WRECKAGE AND
DEBRIS FROM LAND AND BUILDING FOR
THE GENERAL WELFARE OF THE CITY.)
WHEREAS, there exists on certain land in the City
of Boynton Beach, Florida, described as
of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, a certain building in
a decayed and dangerous condition; and,
WHEREAS, this Commission deems it necessary and
expedient for the preservation of the public safety and for
the general welfare of the said City, that there sheuld be
removed from the said land the said building and all wreckage,
debris and trash therefrom; and,
WHEREAS, it appears that of
is the owner of said 'land'; .. .....
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of City Com-
missioners of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, that this
Commission does hereby direct and require the said owner of
said land to remove from said property, the said building and
all wreckage, debris and trash therefrom, within Fifteen days
after this notice is served upon her (him) directing her (E~im)
to do so; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that if said ~wner shall not,
within Fifteen days after this notice is served upon her directing
her to do so, remove from said property, the said building and
all wreckage, debris and trash therefrom, this Commission shall
cause the same to be removed and will charge, assess and collect
the expenses thereof, as a lien against the said land or as a
claim against the o~ner thereof; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution
shall be served upon the owner of such land by Registered Letter.
