WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of Section 8
of 0rdimnce No. 152 it is the duty of the City Commission at it's
First Regular Meeting in each year, to examine and revise the
Registration Book of the City, erasing therefrom the names of all
voters who have died, removed from the City or are otherwise
diaqualif~e d to vote, and,
WHEREAS, such examination was duly made at the first regular
meeting of the Commission held in February, A. D. 1942.
T~REFORE ~ IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk be, and he
hereby ia authorized, ~rdered and directed to post at the FRONT
DOOR of the CITY HALL of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, the
following names, which, in the opinion of the City Commission of
the City of Boy, on Beach, should be removed from the Registration
Book of said City:
