(Delinquent Water Bills)
BE IT RESOHVED BY THE BOAPJ) OF TOWN COMMISSIONERS OF THE
TOWN OF BOYNTON~ PALM BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
1. That all water consumers who have delinquent water bills
must pay at least one-fifth (1/8) of the amount owing as of
October l, A. D. 1938, on or before the llth of each month
in addition to their current water bills.
2. That no discount for prompt payment of water bills will
be allowed until delinquent water bills have been paid in
full.
3. That the Water Superintendent be, and he hereby is,
ordered ~d directed to discontinue water service to any and
all water consumers who fail to make payments as specified
in Section I hereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Water Superintendent
be and he hereby is, authorized to discontinue water service
as provided in Section 3 hereof, at the expiration of a ten
(10) day final notice to those consumers who fail to comply
with the Provisions of this Resolution.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the Practice of allowing
water consumers to work out, or have worked out, their water
bills, be discontinued; Provided, However, that delinquent
bills for water consumed up to August 18, A. D. 1938, may
be worked out by the c c~o~sumer or by a member of his or her
immediate household.
