(RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR ELECTION
0F NAYOR, APRIL ll, 1938)
BE IT RESOLVED That Notice is hereby given by the
Town Commissioners of the Towel of BeN,itoh' Pa]nn Beach
County, Florida, that a General Election of said To~a~ will
be held at the To~ Hall, on the Dixie Highway, in the
Town of Boynton, Palm Beach County, Florida, between the
hours of Eight o'clock A.}& and sLu~set of the llth day of
April A.D. 1938 for the purpose of electing an encumbent
to the office of Mayor, for a t~m of three (3) years.
All nominations for said office shall be made at least
twenty (20) days prior to the date of said election.
Nominating petitions or certificates shall be accompanied
by a filing fee of T~6nty-five ($25.00) Dollars.
Candidates may be voted for on the ballot without being
nominated.
Notice is further given that Elmer Forre~

are hereby appointed Inspectors and Eunice Ma$~usou
as Clerk of said election and are ord--ered to report at the -
Tom'~ Hall on the day sa~d time aforesaid to hold said election.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That a copy of' this notice be
posted at the front door of the Town Hall of the Tova~ of
Boynton, Palm Beach County, Florida.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the registration Boos of the
Tow~ of Bopu~ton' Pa],n Beach County, Florida, be opened for
the registration of all qualified electors of the Tow~ of
Boynton, Palm Beach County, Florida at the Town Hall on the
fifth (5th) day of March, A. D. 1938. All persons desiring
to register for the General election called for the Eleventh
(llth) day of April, A. D. 1938 should register on or before
March thirty-first (31st), A. D. 1988, at which time the
registration book will be closed.
