OF BOYNTON, FLORIDA:
1. That the proposed Bill of Sale with the
Flo~ida Power 8: Light Company, whereby the Town sells
conveys, transfers, and delivers the Town's "~ite l¥a~"
Systems and two (2~ certain street lights to Florida Powe~
~ Tight Company~ as set forth in Section 9 hereof be and
the same is hereby approved as to form and. substance.
2. That the Mayor and Town Clerk of and on behalf
of the Town be and they are hereby authorized and directed
to execute the Bill of Sale approved in Section 1 hereof
and hereinafter set forth in form as follows:

KNOW ALL ~EN BY THESE V~ESENTS: That the T0%~N OF
BOYNTON, in PAL!'! BEACH COUNTY, FLORID.&, a municipal corpor-
ation organized and existin~ under the laws of the State of
Florida, party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of Ten Dollars (~$10.00) to it paid by FLORIU. A
POWER & LIGHT ~O~PAN1r, a corporation organized and existing
under the laws of the State of Florida, party of the second part
and for other good and ~,a]uab]e considerations, the receipt
o~ which is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bar ~ained ., sold,
transferred and delivere~ ~nd by these presents does grant,
bargain, sell, transfer an~ deliver unto the said Florida
Power & Light Company, all Droperty located in the Town of
~oynton, in Palm B~cb County, State of Florida.. hereinafteTM
describeU as follows:
That certain "V~ite Way" Street Lighting System,
complete, with all thirty-one (~1) Hollow Soun Posts,
(ma~e by Westinghouse Nanufacturin~ Company,, all
glassware, fixtures and appurtenances thereto, to-
gether with all Underground Cables, Conduits and
fittings forming said "%'~ite Way" Street Lishting
System, owned by the oarty of the first part and.
now locate~ and installed in the Town of Boynton,
Palm Beach County, Florida, and more particularly
described on drawfn~ A-11Z7 attached hereto and
made a part hereof, ~(t... those certain two (2)
Hollow Spun Posts (Westinghouse ~'~nufacturing Company),
complete, now owne~ by the party of the ~frst part
and located in the Town of B~.~nton, but not now
"~ ~Tay"
installed as a part of said ~Vhite Street
Lighting System, together with all appurtenances
thereto.
~a]so that certain "V~ite Way" Street Lighting
System, complete, with six (~) Hollow Spun Posts,
(made by Westinghouse Eledtric and Nanufacturing
Company), an~ nineteen (19) reinforced concrete
"V~ite Way" posts (made by Niami Post Company.), all
glassware, fixtures and appurtenances thereto,
to~ether wi~h all Underground Cables~ Conduits and
fittings " ~
forming the said V~ite ~ay Street Lighting
System, owned by the party of the first part and
now located and installed in the Bowers Park section
of the Town of Boynton, Pal~ Beacn County, Florida,
and more particularly described on drawing A-11$~-A
attache~ hereto an~ ma~e a part hereof.
Also that certain "White Way" Street Lighting
System, complete, with four (4) Hollow Spun Posts
(made by Westin~house Electric smd Manufacturing
Company) and ei~nt (8) reinforced concrete "Vdaite
Way" pos~s (made by Miami Post Company), all glass-
ware, fixtures and ap~-urtenances thereto, together
with all Und'ergr~n~ Cables, Conduits and fittin~s~
fOrming the said "White Way" Street Lighting System,
owned by the party of the first part and now located
and installed in the Boynton Hills section of the Town
of Boynton, Palm Beach County, Florida, and more par-
ticularly described on drawing A-1137-B attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
Also t~t cert~.in W~nite V~ay" Street Lighting
System, comolete, w~th thirty-one (31) reinforced
"V~nit e Way''~ posts, (made by Miami Post Company),
together with all glassware, fixturea, and appur-
tenances thereto forming the said "V~hite Way" Street
Lighting System, owned by the party of the first part,
and now located and installed in Boynton Place
Subdivision in the Town of Boynton, Palm Beach County,
Florid~ , and more particularly described on drawing
A-1137-C attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Together with ~very right, privilege, permit and
easement of every kind and nature of tae party of the first
part in, to, and in connection with, the said "~nite Way"
System now located and installed in the Town of Boynton,
Palm Beach County, Florida.
To HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said party
of the second part, its successors and assigns, forever.
AND said party of the first part does for itself
and its s~ccessors covenant to and with the said party of
the second part, its successors and. assigns, that it is the
lawful owner of the said property above described and that
said property is free and clear of all l~ens, encumbrances
and charges whatsoever, and that it has good right and law-
ful authority to sell the same as aforesaid, and that it
will warrant and defend the title and the sale of the said
property hereby made unto the said party of the second part,
its successors and assigne, a.o-ainst the lawful claims and
demands of all persons whomsoever.
IN WITNESS ?~TEREOF, the said party of the first
part ~s caused this instrument to be executed by its duly
authorized officials and its corporate seal to be affixed,
this 22nd day of September, 19S7.
