(A RESOLUTION GIVING NOTICE THAT A
GENERAL ELECTION IS TO BE HELD IN
THE TOWN OF BOYNTON BEACH, PALM
BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA. )
BE IT RESOLVED that notice is hereby given by
the Town Commissioners of the Town of Boynton, Palm Be~ch County,
Florida, that ~ ~,neral Election of said Town will be held at
the Town Hall, on the Dixie Highway, in t~ Town of Fov~ton
Palm Beach County, Florida, between the hours of Eight o~clock
A. M. and Sunset of the Twelfth (12th) daT~ of April, A. D. 1937,
for the purpose of electin~N an encumbent to the office of Nayor,
for an unexpired term of One (1) year occasioned by the resig-
nation of H. D. Stevens; and also for the purpose of electing
an encumbent to the office of Town Clerk, for a full term of
three (~) years.
All nominations for said offices shall be made at
least Twent? (20! days prior to the date of sRid election.
Nominating petitions or certificates shall be accompanied by
a filing fee of Twenty Five Dollars (~25.00). Candidates may
be voted for on the ballot without bein~ nominated.
