WHERK~S, in accordance with the provisions of Section
8 of Ordinance Fo. 152 it is the dut? of the Town Commission
at it's first regular meeting in February of each year, to ex-
amine and revise the registration boor of the Town, erasing
therefrom the names of a]]~ voters who have died, removed from
the Town or ,~'~e otherwise ~s~]~f~.ed to vote,
R~iEREAS, such examination was duly made at the first
regular meetin~ of the Town Commission held in February, A.D. 193V.
NOW~ THEREV°~E BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town
be~ and he hereby is authorize~, ordered anr~ directe8 to post at
the FRONT DOOR of t]~e TOV~' HALL of the Town of Boynton, Florida,
the following names, which, in the opinion of the Town Commission
of the Town of Boynton, should be removed from the Registration
?ook of said Town:
