Delinquent Water BillsRESOLUT IONS
(A RESOLUTION CONCERNING
DELINQUENT W~TER BILLS.)
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Town Commissioners
of the Town of Boynton, ~'lorida:
That all water consumers wh° have delin~uent
water bills must pay at least one-fifth of the
present delinquent account on or before the 8th
of each month in addition to their current water
bills.
No discounts for prompt payment of water bills
will be allowed until all delinquent bills have
been paid in full.
3. That the VVater Superintendent be, and he hereby
is, ordered and directed to discontinue water
service to any and all water consumers who fail
to make payments as specified in Section I hereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Water Superintendent
be, and he hereby is, authorized to discontinue water service
as provided in Section 3 hereof, without any further notice to
the water consumer.
BE IT ~ RTH_R RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution
be enclosed with the bills rendered as of December l, 1936, to
all persons who h~ve delinquent water accounts.
