SINKING FUND)
WHEREAS , it is necassary for the Board of To~al
Commissioners of the Town of Eoynton, Florida, to designate
a depository for the Interest and Sinking Funds of the
Town of Boynton, Florida, and
WHEYtEAS, it appears that the FLORIDA STATE BANK OF
DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, is duly qualified to be one of the
official depositaries of the Interest and Sinking Funds
of the Town of EoNu~ton, Florida,
THEREFORE HE IT ~ESOLVED BY THE Board of Town
Conmuissioners of the Town of Boynton, Florida, that the
FLORIDA STATE BA~K OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, be and hereby
is appointod one of the Official Doposita~ies of Interest
and Sinking Funds of the Town of Boynton, Florida.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the 5oard of Towu~ Commissioners
of the Town of Boynton, Florida, that all checks, drafts or oth~
orders for the withdrawal of money, and that any evidences of
indebteenoss of borrowing money from thc FLORIDA STATE BANK
shall be signed by thc ~ayor and countersigned by one other
Commissionor, in accor~anco with Section Five (5) of Article
Four (4) of the Towa% Charter.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the FLORIDA STATE BANK OF
DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, be instructed to recognize the
signatures of H.D.Stovens as Mayor, and the countersignature
of either N.~4.Woems as Vice-~ayor or J.P.Aowen as Town Clerk,
on all checks issued by the Town of £oynton, Florida.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. that the To~a~ Olerk be,~ and he

Resolution, together with specimen signztures of H.D.Stevens,
Mayor, N.M.Weems, Vice-Mayor and J.P.Bowen, Town Clerk, to
