WHEREAS, The Charter of the Tow~'~ of Boynton provides
that alll. public monies shall be disbursed only on check,
to be signed by the Mayor and countersigned by at least one
other member of the Conmnission; re'Id,
WHEREAS, H. D. Stevens has been duly elected, qualified,
and is acting Mayor of the Town of Boynton; and,
WHEREAS, N. M. Weems has been duly elected, qualified and
ia acting Vice-Mayor; and,
WHEREAS, J. p. Bowen has been duly elected, qualified,
and is acti~lg Town Clerk .....
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Town
Commission~ of the Town of Bo~lton, Florida, that H. D.
Stevens as Mayor, N.M. Weems as Vice-Mayor, and J.P.Bowan
as Town Clerk, ih rnish the Central Farmers Trust Company,
the West Palm Beach Atlantic National Bank and Florida State
Bank, a specimen of their signatures on the cards provided
for this purpose; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a true copy of this Resolution
be sent to the Central Farmers Trust Company, the West Palm
Beach Atl~'~tic National Ba~ and Florida State Bank.
