OF CANAL, SECTION 2V
~,~HEREAS, there exists on certain land in the Town of
Boynton Florida, described as
Lot 110 - S/D of Nw¼ of SW~.~
West of Canal, Section 27
of the Town of Boynton. Florida, certain wreckage, trash
and debris or one or morse of such undesirable things; and.
~VHEREAS, this Commission deems it necessary and ex-
pedient for the preservation c~ the public health and
safety of the inhabitants of the Town of Boynton and for
the general welfare of the said Town that tt~re should
be removed from the said land all wreckage, debris and
trash; _and,
WHEREAS, it appears that W H Funk is the owner of
said land;
T~.RE~.~0RE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Town Commission
of the Town of Bo.vnton, Florida, that this Commission does
hereby direct and require the said owner of said land to
remove from said property, wreckage, trash and debris,
within Fifteen days after notice is served upon them
directing them to do so; and,
HE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that if said owner shall not,
W~thin Fifteen days after notice is served upon him, direct-
ing him to do so, remove from said property, the thing or
things directed and re~ired to be removed, this Commission
shall cause the same to be removed ~ will charge, assess
and collect the expenses thereof, as a lien against the
said land or as a claim against the ow~er thereof; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice and a copy of this
Resolution shall be served upon tb~ owner of such land or
the agent of such owner; or if said owr~r is a non-resident,
or cannot be found within the Town, and ~as no known agent
or agents within the Town, a copy of said notice and a
copy of this Resolution shall be posted on said land
