(DESIGN~TING A DEPOSITORY FOR THE
SINKING FUND)
WHEREAS , it is necassary for the Board of Town
Commissioners of the Town of Eoynton, Florida, to designate
a depository for the Interest and Sinking Funds of the
Town of Boynton, Florida, and
WHE¥~AS, it appears that the FLORIDA STATE BANK OF
DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, is duly qualified to be one of the
official depositaries of the Interest and Sinking Funds
of the Town of Boynton, Florida,
THEREFORE EE IT ~ESOLVED EY THE Board of Town
Conmnissioners of the Town of Eoynton, Florida, that the
FLORIDA STATE BANK OF DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, be and hereby
is appointed one of the Official Depositaries of Interest
and Sinking Funds of the To~ of Boynton, Florida.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the [oard of To~ Gommissioners
of the Town of Boynton, Florida, that all checks, drafts or oth~
orders for the withdrawal of money, and that any evidences of
indebtedness of borrowing] money from the FLORIDA STATE BANK
shall be signed by the ~ayor and countersigned by one other
Commissioner, in accor~anc~ with Section Five (~) of Article
Four (~) of the To~ Charter.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the FLORIDA STATE BANK OF
DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA, be instructed to recognize the
signatures of H.D.Stevens as ~ayor, and the countersignature
of either N.~.Weems as Vice-~ayor or J.P.[owen as Town Clerk,
on all checks issued by the Town of Eoynton, Florida.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the To~ Olerk be~ and he
he.~eby is, authorized and dirocted to send a copy oz this
Resolution, together with specimen signztures of H.D.Stevens,
Mayor, N.M.Weems, Vice-~ayor and J.P.Lowen, Town Clerk, to
the FLORIDA STATE LANK of DELRAY BEACH, FLORIDA.
