(A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A DEPOSITORY FOR THE
"DEPOSITORS FUND" OF THE TOWN OF BOYNTON,
PAL~! BEACH COUNTY, FLORIDA. )
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board of Town Commissioners
of the To~a% of Boynton, Florida, to designate a depository
for the Interest and Sinking Fund, 1934 Tax Account, of the
Tow~% of Boynton, Florida, and,
WHEREAS, it appears that the West Palm Beach Atlantic National
Bank, of West Palm Beach, Florida, is duly qualified to be the
official depository of the Interest and Sinking Fund, 1934
Tax account, of the Town of Loynton, Florida,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Town Commissioners
of the Town of Boynton, Florida, that the West Palm Beach
Atlantic National Bank of West Palm Beach, Florida, be and
hereby is appointed the Official Depository of Interest and
Sinking Funds, 1934 Tax Account of the Town of Boynton,
Florida.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Board of Towu~ Commissioners of
the Towa~ of Boynton, Florida, that all checks, drafts or
other orders for the withdrawal of money, and that any evidences
of indebtedness of borrowing money from the West Palm Beach
AtlAntic National Bank shall be signed by the Mayor and counter-
signed by one other Commissioner, in accordance with Section
Five (5) of Article Four (LV) of the Tow~-~ Charter.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the West Palm Beach Atlantic
National Bank of W,st Palm Beach, Florida, be instructed to
recognize the signatures of H. D. Stevens, as Mayor, a~ozl, the
countersignatures of either Wm. Menzel, as Vice-~ayor, or
J. P. Bowen, as Town Clerk, on all checks issued by the Tova~
of Boynton, Florida.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the To~ Clerk be, and he
hereby is, authorized and directed to send a copy of this
Resolution, together with specimen signatures of H. D.
Stevens, Mayor, ~n. Menzel, Vice-Mayor, and J. P. Bowm~,
Town Clerk, to the West Palm Beach Atlantic National Bank, of
West Palm Beach, Florida.
