TAIN STANDARD LARGE POWER AGREEMENT
BETI~EEN THE TOWN AND THE COMPANY DATED
THE 9TH DAY OF JULY, 19~4; AD~HORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND TOWN CL~K
OF AND ON ~EHALF OF THE TOWN OF BOYNTON,
FLORIDA~ TO EXECUTE AND ENTER INTO THE
SAID LETTER AC4~EEMENT WITH FLORIDA POWER
& LIGHT COMPANY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE TOWN
OF BOYNTON, FLORIDA:
~ That the proposed Letter Agreement between the
Town of Boynton, Florida, and Florida Power & Light
Company, which is hereinafter set forth in section 2
hereof, be and the same is hereby approved as to f~rm
and substance
2 That the Nayor and the Town Clerk of and on be-
half of the Town of Beynton, Florida, be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to execute and enter
into with Florida Power & Light Company the said proposed
Letter Agreement approved in section 1 hereof and here-
inafter set forth in form as follows:
