THE REMOVAL OF CERTAIN WRECKAGE, TRASH AIO
DEBRIS, OR ONE OR MORE OF SUCH UNDESIRABLE
ON LOT llO- S/D OF OF SW¼ W ST
OF CANAL, SECTION ~7
WHEREAS, there exists on certain land in the Town of
Boynton Florida, described as
Lot llO- S/D of Nw¼ of SW¼
West of Canal, Section ~7
of the Town of Boynton, Florida, certain w~eckage, trash
and debris or one or mor'e of such undesirable things; and,
%FHEREAS, this Commission deems it necessary and ex-
pedient for the preservation cf the public health and
safety of th~ inhabitants of the Town of Boynton and for
the general welfare of the said Town that tt~re should
be removed from the said land all wreckage, debris and
trash; and,
WHEREAS, it appears that W H Funk is the owner of
s aid land;
THEP~W0RE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Town Commission
of the Town of Boynton, Florida, that this Commission does
hereby direct and require the said owner of said land to
remove from said property, wreckage, trash ~.nd debris,
within Fifteen days after notice is served upon them
directing them to do so; and,
~E IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that if said owner shall not,
Within Fifteen days after notice is served upon him, direct-
ing him to do so, remove frown ss. id property, the thing or
things directed and required to be removed, this Commission
shall cause the same to be removed and will charge, assess
and collect the expenses thereof, as a lien against the
said land or as a claim against the oyster thereof; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice and a copy of this
Resolution shall be served upon tk~ owner of such land or
the agent of such owner; or if said owr~r is a non-resident,
or cannot be found within the Town, and ioas no known agent
or agents within the Town, a copy of said notice and a
copy of this Resolution shall be posted on said laud
