THE RE~IOVAL OF CERTAIN WRECKAGE, TRASH AND
DEBRIS~ OR ONE OR MORE OF SUCH UIO~IRABLE
THINGS ON LOT 33 THE LA%VNS
%~EREAS, there exists on certain land in the Town of
Boynton, Florida~ described as
Lot 33 - THE IA~S
Section 27, Twp 45 S R 43 E
of the Town of Boynton, Florida~ certain wreckage, trash
and debris or one or more of such undesirable things; and~
WHEREAS, this Commission deems it necessary and ex-
pedient rcm the preservation of the public health and
safety of the inhabitants of the Town of Boynton and for
the general welfare of the said Town that there should
be removed from the said land all wreckage, debris and
trash; and~
~VHEREAS, it appears that__ A B Porter_ is the owner of
said land;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Town Commission
of the Town of Boynton, Florida, that this Commission does
hereby direct and require the said owner of said land to
remove from said property, wreckage~ trash and debris~
within Fifteen days after notice is served upon
them directing them to do so~ and,
BE IT FI~{T}~R RESOLVED, t~at if said owner shall not~
within Fifteen days after notice is served upon him,
directing him to do so, remove from said property, the
thing or things directed and required to be removed, this
Commission shall cause the same to be removed and will
charge, assess and collect the expenses thereof, as a
lien against tl~ said land or as a claim against the
owner thereof; and~
BE IT FURTheR RESOLVED, that notice and a copy of this
Resolution shall be served upon the owner of such land
or the ~gent of such owner; or if said owner is a non-
resident~ or cannot be found within the Town, and has no
known agent or agents ~i thin the Town, a copy of said notice
and a copy ~ this ResolUtion shall be posted on said land

affixed thereto the corporate seal of the Town of Boynton
