A DEBT OWED TO NEWMAN T. MILLE~ FOR
LEGAL SERVICES. )
VfHEPEAS the Town of Boynton, a municipal corporation
of Palm Beach ~ounty, ?lorida, is indebted to NEW~IAN T. MILLER
for legal services rendered in the forec~$osure of certain tax
sale Certificates, taxes, and assessment liens on property
located in the Town of Boynton, Palm Beach County, Florida,
in the sum of $1,167.82, and
WHEREAS the Town is without immediate available funds
for the payment of said obligation, but is willing to give to
said Newman T. Miller a note for a period of ninety (90) days,
with interest at the rate of six per cent, and
~EREAS said NEWMAN T. MILLER is willing to extend to
the Town of Bo.vnton said period of time within which to make
said payment, and is willing to accept said note,
IT IS THEREFORE HEREBY RESOLVED that the Mayor,
H. D. Stevens, and the Clerk J. p. Bowen, or the Deputy Clerk,
A. V. Peterson, for and on behalf of said Town, make, execute,
and seal under the seal of the municipality of Boynton, a note
in the sum of ~1,157.82, due ninety (90) days after date,
payable to the order of NEWSMAN T. MILLER, with interest at the
rate of six per cent. (6%) per annum from date until paid.
