BE IT RESOLVED by the To~a-~ Comnnission of the Town
of Boynton, Florida, that on all Special Assessment Liens
for improvements held by the Tow~, Improvement Bons~"Will
be accepted at par in full settle]nent, interest coupons
inc hded.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Town accept its matured
bonds and/or interest coupons in payment or redemption to
the owner of tax sale certificates for the year 1929 or
prior thereto, held by the Torah.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Tow~o~ accept General
bonds and coupons from General bonds for the payment of
its 1930 taxes in an a~nount not exceedi~'~g fifty per cent.
(50%) of the total taxes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Towu-~ may redeem any of
its General Bonds Or Bonds that might have become General
obligations by reason of default in payment of principal or
interest at a price not in excess of 60%.
