(NOTICE TO OWNERS: LOTS 5 & 6, BLK 8, ORIGINAL
TOWN OF BOYNTON, CONCERNING WI~ECKAGE 'ON SAID LOTS)
WHEREAS, there exists on certain lands in the Town of
Boynton, Florida, described as:
Lots 5 and 6, Block 8, Original Town of Boynton
all within the Town of Boynton, Florida, certain wreckage,
trash and debris, or one or more of such undesirable things;
and
WHEREAS, this Commission deems it necessary and ex-
pedient for the preservation of the public health and safety
of the inhabitants of the Town of 2~nton and for the general
welfare of the said Town that there should be removed from
the said lands all wreckage, debris and trash; and,
WHEREAS, it appears that the following persons are the
owners of the said lands,

Original Town of Boynton
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Commission of
the Town of Boynton, Florida, that this Commission does hereby
direct and require said owners of said lands to remove from
said properties wreckage, trash and debris, within fifteen
days after notice is served upon them directing them to do so;
and,
BE IT ~TFTHEM RESOLVED, that if said owners shall nS
within fifteen days after notice is served upon them directing
them to do so, remove from said properties, the thing or things
directed and required to be removed, this Commission s~all
cause the same to be removed, and will charge assess and collect
the exmenses thereof, as a lien against the said lands or as a
claim against the owners thereof; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice and a copy of this
Resolution shall be served upon the owners of such lands or
upon the agent of such owners; or iF said owners are non-
residents, or cannot be found within the Town, and have no
known agent or agents within the Town, a copy of said notice
and a copy of this Resolution shall be posted upon said lands.
IN WITNE~S WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand as
Town Clerk of the Town and affixed thereto the corporate seal
of tae Town of Boynton, this 16th day of December A.D., 1930.
