Trash and debris 3RESOLUTION
THE REI~,¢OVAL OF CERTAIN WRECKAGE, TRASH AND
DEBRIS, OR ONE OR ~¢0RE OF SUCH UNDESIRABLE
THINGS ON LOT 58, LAKESIDE GARDENS
V~J~AS, there exists on certain lands in the Town
of Boynton, Florida, described as:
Lot Fifty-eight (58), LAKESIDE GARDENS,
all within the Town of Boynton, Florida, certain wreckage,
trash ar_d debris, or one cr more of s~ch undesirable things;
and
WHEREAS, this Commission deems it necessary and ex-
pedient for the preservation of the public health and
safety of the inhabitants of t~e Town of Boynton and for
the general welfare of the said T~vn that there should be
removed from the said lands all wreckage, debris and trash$
and,
VCH~EREAS, it appears that the fol~.owing person or persons
are the owners of said L~nds, J Edgar Duncan, as Ad-
ministrator of the Estate of Sara E Duncan, Deceased
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the To~n Commission of the
Town of Boynton, Florida, that this Commission does hereby
dLrect and require said owners of said lands to remove
fro~ said properties wrecka?ie, trash and debris, within
fifteen days after notice is served upon them directing
them to do so; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that if said owners shall not
within fifteen days after notice is served upon them,
directing them to do so, remove from said properties, the
thing or things dLrected and require~ to be removed,
this Commission shall cause the same to be removed, and
will charge assess and collect the expenses thereof, as
a lien against the said lands or as a claim against the
owners thereof; and,
BE ~ FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice and a copy of this
Resolution shall be served upon the owners of such lands
or upon the agent of such owners; or if said owners are non-
residents, or within the Town, a copy of said notice and
a copy of this Resolution shall be posted upon .~aid lands
This not ice is to order you, J Edgar Dunca, the
owner of said land descrY_bed in said Resolution to remove
from said land all wreckage, debris and trash, within
fifteen days after the date of this notice, or this
Commission will cause same to be removed, and will charge,
assess and collect the expenses' of said removal, as a lien
against said property or as a claim against the owner or
owners thereof
