Trash and debris 4RESOLUTION
THE REMOVAL OF CERTAIN WRECKAGE, TRASH AND
DEBRIS, OR ONE OR MORE OF SUCH UNDESIRABLE
THINGS ~HAT EXISTS ON CERTAIN LANDS IN THE
TOWN OF BOYNTON, FLORIDA
WHEREAS, there exists on certain lands in the Town
of Boynton, Florida, described as:
all within the Town of Boynton, Florida, certain wreckage,
trash and debris, or one or more of such undesirable
things; and
WHEREAS, this Commission deems it necessary and ex-
pedient for the preservation of ttB public health and
safsty of the inhabitants of tb~ Town of Boynton and for
the general welfare of the said Town that there should be
removed from the said lands all wreckage, debris and trash;
and,
WHEREAS, it appears that the following person or persons
are the owners of said lands,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Tovm Commission of
the Town of Boynton, Florida, that this Commission does
hereby direct and require said owners of said lands to
remove from said properties wreckage, trash and debris,
within fifteen days after notice is served upon them
directing them to do so; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that if said owners shall not
with~ni~Lfifteen days after notice is served upon them,
directing them to do so, remove from said properties, t~
thing or things directed and required to be removed,
this ~ommission sb~ll cause the same to be removed, and
will charge assess and collect the expenses thereof, as
a lien against t~e said lands or as a claim against the
owners thereof; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice and a copy of this
Resolution shall be served upon the owners of such lands
or ~pon the agent of such owners; or if said owners are
non-residents, or within the Town, a copy of said notice
and a copy of this Resolution shall be posted upon said
lands

owner of said land described in said Resolution to remove
from said land all wreckage, debris and trash, within
fifteen days after t~e date'of this notice, or this Commission
will cause same to be removed, and will charge, assess
ard collect the expenses of said removal as a lien against
