DE]4RIS, OR OI~E OR MORE OF SUCH UNDESIRABLE
THINGS ON E½ OF LOT 31, SA~¢ BRO~YN JR'S S/D
VfH~.~REAS~ there exists on certain ].ands in the Town
of Boynton, Florida, described as:
E~ of Lot 31, Sam Brown Jr~s Subdivision
all within the Town of Boynton, Florida, certain wreckage~
trash and debris, or one or more of such undesirable
things; and
WHEREAS, this Commission deems it necessary and ex-
pedient for the preservation of the public health and
safet~~ ~f!th~'Inhabitants of the Town of Boynton an¢] for
the general welfare of the said Town that there should be
removed from the said lands ~11 wreckage, debris and trash;
and~
WHEREAS~ it appears that 2he following person or persons
are the owners of said lands~

THEREFORE BE IT HESOLVED by the Town Comm~Ission of the
Tov,~ of Boynton, Flori~l.a~ that this Commission does hereby
direct and require said owners of said lands to remowe
from said properties .wreckage, trash and debris, within
fifteen days after notice is served upon them directing
them to do so; and,
BE IT_ FURTP~R RESOLVED, that if said owners shall not
witb~in fifteen days after notice is servied upon them,
directing them to do so,~remove from said properties, the
thing or things directed and required to be removed, this
Commission shall cause the same to be removed, and will
charge assess and collect the expenses thereof, as a
lien against the said lands or as a claim against the owner~
thereof; and,
BE IT FtIRTI-iER RESOLVED, that notice and a copy of this
Resolution shall be served upon the owners of such lands
or upon the agent of such owners; or if said owners are
non-residents, or within the Town, a copy of ss. id notice
and a copy of this Resolution shall be poste6, upon said
lands
This notice is to order you BoyrLton Duntile Co , the
ova~er of said land described in said Resolution to remove
fror~a ss~id land all wreckage, debris and trash, within
fifteer~_ days after the date of this notice, or this
Commission will cause same to be removed, and ',~.,ill charge,
assess and collect the expenses of said removal, as a
lien against said property or as a claim against the
owner or owners thereof
