OF BOYNTON, FLORIDA:
1 That the proposed Letter Agreement between the
Town of Boynton· Flerlda· and Florida Power & Ligb~
Company· l~ich is hereinafter set forth in section 2
hereof· be and the same is hereby approved as to form
and substance
2 That the Mayor and the Town Clerk of and on be-
half of the Town of Boynton, Florida· be and they are
hereby authorized and directed to execute a~d enter
into with Florida Power & Light Company the said
proposed ~etter Agreement approved in section 1 hereof·
and hereinafter set forth in foxla as follows $

TEN (10) KILOWATT TRANSFORMERS 0~NED BY
FLORIDA POWER & LIGHT COMPANY TO THE TOWN OF
BOYN20N~ I~LORIDA~ FOR A PERIOD OF TIME EQUAL
TO AND CONCURRENT WITII THE TERM OF T~E
MUNICIPAL WATER PUMPING AGB~T NOW IN EFFECT
BETWEEN THE TOWN OF BOYNTON AND FLORIDA POWER &
LIGHT COMPANY
WHEREAS~ there is in effect between the Town cf
Boynton~ Florida~ and Florida Power & Light Company an
Agreement dated th~.~tst , day of~ August ,
Providing for the supply and purchase of ~all power
and energy required for and in connection with the
consumer's Water Pumping Station located at Boyntonv
Flor ida," ar~
WHEREAS, in order that the Town may receive electric
power and energy in accordance with the terms and conditions
of the said Agreement dated the , lat. day of August
192~, it is necessary and desirable that the Town install
Two (2) Ten (10) kilowatt transformers to be used in
connection with the said l~ater Pumping Station of the
Town, and
WHEREAS~ it is deemed to the best interests of the
Town that the said transformers be leased rather tha~
purchased at the present time~ and
WHEREAS, Florida Power & Light Company is willing te
rent to the Town of Boynton, Two (2) Ten (10) kilowatt
transformers of a type efficient and desirable for the
purposes of the Town under the terms and conditions of a
pPreposed Letter Agreement which this Commission approves,
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COMMISSION OF THE TOWN
OF BOYNTON, FLORIDA:
Tlm~t the Mayor and the Vice-Mayor &f and on behalf
of the Town of Boynton, l~lorida, be and they are hereby
authorized and directed to enter into and execute with
Florida Power & Light Company a Letter Agreement providing
for the letting and rental of Two (2) Ten (10) kilowatt
transformers all in accordance with the terms and
provisions of a Letter Agreement hereinafter set forth
in form, words and figures as follows:
