THE REMOVAL OF CERTAIN WF~ECKAGE, TRASH AED
DEBRIS, OR ONE OR MORE OF SUCH UNDESTRABLE
THINGS LOT NO 20 BLOCK NO 8 AND LOT NO 3
BLOCK NO 10 BOWERS PARK
there exists on certain lands in the Town of
WHEREAS,
Boynton, Florida, described as:-
Lot No 20 Block no 8 - Bowers Park
Lot No 3 Block No 10- Bowers Park
all within the Town of Boy~on, Florida, certain wreckage,
trash ard debris, or one or more of such undesirable
things; ~ad,
WHEREAS, this Commission deems it necessary and ex-
pedient for the preservation of tt~ public health and
safety of the inhabitants of the Town d~ Boynton and for
the general welfare of the said Town that there should be
removed from the said lands all wreckage, debris and trash;
and,
WHEREAS, it appears that the following persons are the
owners of the said lands,

Bower s Park
Lot No 5 Block No
Bowne r s Park

TAMEREFORE BE IT ~ ?SOLVED by the Town Commission of the
Town cf Boynton, Florida, that this CouEnission does hereby
direct and require said owners of said lands to remove
from said properties wreckage, trash and debris, within
fifteen days after notice is served upon them directing
them to do so; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that if said owners shall not
within fifteen days after notice is served upon them~
directing them to do so, remove from s~id properties,
the thing or things directed ard required to be removed,
this Commission shall cause the same to be removed and
will charge, assess and collect t?~ e~.penses thereof, as
a lien against t~2 said lands or as a claim against the
owners t~reof; and,
BE IT HI~RTHER RESOLVED, tiRt notice and a copy of
this Resolution shall be served upon the owners of such
lands or upon the agent of such owners; or if said owners
are non-residents, or cannot be found within the Tow~,
and have no known agent ~r agents ~ thin the Town, a copy
of said notice and a copy of this Resolution shall be posted
upon said lands
This notice is to order you ~he Gulf Stream Realty &
Developement Co , the owners of said lands described in
said Resolution to remove from said land all wreckeage,
debris and trash, within fifteen days after tl~ date of
this notice~ or this Commission will cause same to be re-
moved, and will charge, assess and collect the expenses of
said removal, as a lien against the said property or as a
claim against the owners or owner thereof
