THE REMOVAL OF CERTAIN WRECKAGE, TRASH AND
DEBRIS, OR O~E OR MORE OF SUCH UNDESIRABLE
THINGS ON LOT NO 6 BLOCK NO 3 ORIGINAL TOV~N
OF BOYNTON
~tEREAS, there exists on certain lands in the Town of
Boynton, Florida, described as:-
Lot No 6 Block No 3 - Original Town of Boynton,
all within the Town ~ Boynton, F$ortda, certain wreckage,
trash and debl~ls, or one or more of s~h undesirable
things; and,
WHEREAS, this Commission deems it necessary ar~l ex-
pedient for the preservation of the public b~alth and
safety of th~ inhabitants of the Town of Boynton and for
the general welfare of the said Town that there should be
removed from the said lands all wreckage, debris and trash;
and,
WHEREAS, it appears that the following persons are the
owners of tb~ said lands·

Farmers Bank & Trust Co ,
E F Hoffhines Lot No 6 Block No 3
Original Town of Boynton
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Commission of the
Town of Boynton, Florida, that this Commission does hereby
direct and require said owners of said lands to remove
from said properties wreckage, trash and debris, within
fifteen days after notice is served upon them directing
them to do so; and,
BE IT FIRTHER RESOLVED, that if said owners shall
not within fifteen days after notice is served upon them,
directing them to do so, remove from said properties~ the
things or thing directed and required to be removed, this
Commission shall cause the same to be removed and will
ct~rge, assess and collect the expenses thereof, as ~ lien
again,,~t t~e said lands or as a claim against the owners
thereof $ and,
BE I~ FURTHER RESOLVED· t?~t notice and a copy of
this Resolution shall be served upon the owners of such
lands or upon the agent of such owners; or if said owners
are non-residents, ~ cannot be found within the Town,
and have no known agent or agents within the Town, a copy
of said notice and a copy of this ~esol~tion shall be
posted upon said lsnds
This notice is to o~der yon Receiver Gutilus of Farmers
Bank and Trust Co · E F Hoffhines, the owner of said
land described in said Resolution to remove from said
land all wreckage, debris and trash· within fifteen d~ys
after the date of this notice, or this Commission will cause
same to be removed, and will charge, assess and collect
the expenses of said removal, as a lien against said
property or as a claim against the owner or owners thereof
