Trash and debris 6RESOLUTION
THE REMOVAL OF CERTAIN ~ECKAGE, TRASH AND
DEBRIS, OR ONE OR MORE OF SUCH UNDESIRABLE
THINGS ON LOTS l0 & ll, ARDEN PARK
WHEREAS, there exists on certain lands in the Town
of Boynton, Florida, described as :
Lot l0 and ll, Arden Park
all within the Town of Boynton, Flcrida, certain wreckage,
trash and debris, or one or more of such undesirable things;
and.
WHEREAS, this Commission deems it necessary and ex-
pedient for the preservation of the public health and
safety of the inhabitants of the Town of Boynton and for
the general welfare of the said Town that there should be
removed from the said lands all wreckage, debris and
trash; and,
WHEREAS, it appears that the following person or persons
are the owners of said lands,
Estate of Peter Shaheen Lot l0 and ll, Arden Park
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Commission of the
Town of Boynton, Florida, that ~his Commission does hereby
direct and require s~id owners of said lands to remove
from said properties wreckage, trash and de¥~ris, within
fifteen days after notice is served upon them directing t~em
to do so; ~.nd,
BE IT MJRTHER RE~SOLVED, that if said owners shall not
within fifteen days after notice is served, upon them,
directing them to do so, remove from said properties, the
thing or things directed and required to be removed, this
Commission shall cause the same to be removed, and will
charge assess and collect the expenses thereof, as a lien
against the said lands or as a claim against the owners
there of; and ~
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice and a copy of this
Resolution shall be served upon the owners of such lands or
upon the agent of such owners; or if said owners are non-
residents, or within the Town, ~ copy of said notice and
a copy of this ResOlUtion shall be posted upon said lands
This notice is to order you Estate of Peter Shaheen, th e
owner of s~id l~nd described in said Resolution to remove
from szid land all wreckage, debris and trash, within
fifteen days after the date of this notice, or this
Commission will cause same to be removed, and will c~rge,
assess and collect the expenses of said removal, as a
lien against said property or as a claim against the
ownc~r or owners thereof
