Trash and debris 7RESOLUTION
THE RE~,IOVAL OF CERTAIN WRECKAGE, TRASH AND
DEBRIS, OR ONE OR MORE OF SUCH UNDESIRABLE
THI~IGS ON LOT 166, BLOCK B, BOYNTON HILLS
WHEREAS, there exists on certain lands in the Town
of Boynton, Florida, described as:
Lot 166, Block B, Boynto~ Hills
all within the Town of Boynton, Florida, certain wreclcage~
trash and debris, or one or mc~e of such undesirable
things; arzl
WHEREAS, this Commission deems it necessary and ex-
pedient for the preservation of the public health and
safety of the inhabitants of the Town of Boynton and for
the gemeral welfare of the said Town that there should be
removed from the said lands all wreckage, debris and
trash; and,
~,~fKEREAS, it appears that the following person or
persons are the owners of said lands,
Medard Landry - Lot 166, Block B, Boynton Hills
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Commission of the
Town of Boynton, Florida, that this Commission does hereby
direct and require said owners of said lands to remove
from said properties wreckage, trash and debris, within
fifteen days after notice is served upon them directing
them to do so; and,
BE IT FL~THER RESOLVED, that if said owners shall not
within fifteen days after notice is served, upon them,
directing ~ em to do so, remove from said properties, the
thing or things directed and required to be removed, this
Commission shall cause the same to be removed, and will
charge assess and collect the expenses thereof, as a
lien against tb~ said lands or as a claim against the
owners thereof; and,
BE ~ ~N~RTHER RESOLYED, that notice and a copy of this
Resolution shall be served upon the owners of such lands
or upon the agent of such owners; cm if said owners are
non-residents, or within the Town, a copy of said notice
and a copy of this Resolution shall be posted upon said

This notice is to er der you Nedard ~Landry, the owner
of said land described in said Resolui~ion to remove from
said laud all wreckzge, debris and trash, within fifteen
days after the date of this notice, or this Commission will
cause same to be removed, and will charge, assess and
collect the expenses of said removal, as a lien against
said property or as a claim against the owner or owners
thereof
