THE REMOVAL OF CERTAIN WRECKAGE, TRASH AND
DEBRIS, OR ONE OR MORE OF SUCH UNDESIRABLE
THINS ON LOT NO 19 BLOCK 1, BOYI,]'TON PLACE
V~HEREAS, t~ere exists on certain lands in the Town of
Boynton, Florida, described as:-
Lot 19 Block l, Boynton Place,
all within the Town of Boynton, Florida, certain wreckage,
trash and debris, or one or more of such undesirable things;
and
%VHEREAS, this Commission deems it necessary and expedient
for the preservation of the public ~ealth and safety of
the inhabitant s of the Town of Boynton and for tb~ general
welfare of, the said Town that there should be removed
from the said lands all wreckage, debris ard trash; and;
VM~EREAS, it appears that the following persons are t~e
owners of the said lards,
Austin Bros
Lot 19 Block l,
Boynton Place
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Co~nission of the
Town of Boynton, Florida, that this Commission does hereby
direct and require said owners of said lands to remove
from said properties wreckage, trash and ~ebris, within
fifteen days after notice is served upon them directing
them to do so; and
BE IT FURT~ER RESOLVED, that if said owners shall not
within fifteen days after notice is served upon them,
directing them to do so, remove from said properties,
the things or thing directed and required to be removed,
this Commission shall cause t~e same to be removed and
will charge, assess ar~ collect the expenses thereof, as
a lien against the said lands or as a claim against the
owners there of; and
BE 1T FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice and a copy of
this Resolution shall be served upon the owners of such
lands or upon the ~gent of such owners; or if said owners
are non-residents or cannot be found within the Town, and
have no known agent or agents withir., the Town, a copy of
said notice ~.~ud a copy of this Resolution shall be posted
