Trash and debris 4RES OLUTI ON
THE REMOVAL OF CERTAIN WRECKAGE, TRASH AND
DEBRIS, OR O~E OR MORE OF SUCH UNDESIRABLE
THINGS ON THE SOUTH 80 FEET OF LOT 14,
BLOCK 12, ORIGINAL TOWN OF BOYNTON
WHEREAS, t~ere exists on certain lands in the Town of
Boynton, Florida, described as:-
South 80 Feet of Lot No 14, Block 12, Original Town
of Boynton,
all within the Town of Boynton, Florida, certain wreckage,
trash and debris~ ~r one or more of such undesirable thing;
and,
V~HEREAS, this Commission deems it necessa~y and ex-
pedient for the preserv~ion of the public health and
safety of the inhabitants of the Town of Boynton and for
the general welfare of tbs said Town that t~bere should be
removed from the said lands all wreckage, debris and
trash~ and,
~HEREAS, it appears that the following persons are the
owners of the said lands,
H W Plambeck
- South 80 Feet of Lot No 14 Block 12,
Original Town of Boynton
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Commission of th2
Town of Boynton, Florida, that this ~ommission does ~bereby
direct and require said owners of said lands to remove
from said properties wreckage, trash and debris, within
fifteen days after notice is served upon them directing
them to do so; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that if said owners shall not
within fifteen days after notice is served upon them,
directing ~h~m to do so, remove from ~
s~d properties, the
things or thing directed and required to be removed, this
Commission shall cause the same to be removed and will charge,
assess and collect the expenses thereof, as a lien against
the said lands or as a claim against the owners thereof:
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that notice and a copy of this
Resolution shall be served upon the owners of suctl lands
or upon the agent of such owners; or if said owners are non-
residents, or cannot be found within the Town, and have no
known agent or ,agents within the Town, a copy of said
notice and a copy of this Reselution st~al! be posted upon
said lands
This notice is to ~der you H W Plambeck, the owner of
said land described in said Resolution to r~move from said
land all wreckage, debris and trash, within fifteen days
after the date of this notice, or this Commission will
cause same to be removed~ and will charge, assess and
collect the expenses of said removal, as a lien against
said property or as a claim against the owner or owners
