THE REMOVAL OF ,~ERTAIN WRECKAGE, TRASH AND
DEBRIS, OR ONE OR ~IORE OF SUCH UNDESIRABLE
THINGS LOT l, 4, AND 5, BLOCK A, PENCE S/D

~qEREAS, there exists on certain lands in the Town of
Boynton, Florida, described as:-
Lots No l, 4 and 5, Block A, Pence Subdivision No l,
all within the Town of Boynton, Florida, certain wreckage,
trash and debris, or one or more of such undesirable
things; a~nd~
~HEREAS, this Commission deems it necessary and ex-
pedient for the preservation of the public health and safety
of the inhabitants of the Town of Boynton and for the
general welfare of the said Town that there should be
removed from the said lands all wreckage, debris and
trash; and,
WHEREAS, it appears that the following persons are the
owners of t~e said lands,
Wilson Mizner
-Lot Nos l, 4, and 5, Block A,
Pence Subdivision No l,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Commission of the
Town of Boynton, Florida, that this Commission does hereby
direct and require said owners of said lands to remove
from said properties wreckage, trash and debris, within
fifteen days after notice is served upon them directing
them to do so; and~
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that if said owner shall not,
within fifteen days after notice is served upon them,
directing t~em to do so, remove from said properties, the
things c~ thing directed o~nd required to be removed, this
Commission shall cause the same to be removed and will charge,
assess and collect the expenses thereof, as a lien against
the said lands or as a claim against the owners thereof; and,
BE IT FURTheR RESOLVED~ that notice and a copy of this
Resolution shall be served upon the owners of such lands ~
upon the agent of such owners; or if said owners are non-
residents, or cannot be found within the Town, and have no
known agent or agents within th~ Town, a copy cf this
Resolution shall be posted upon said lands
This notice, is to order you Wilson Nizner, the Owner
of said land described in said Resolution to remove from
said land all wreckage, debris and trash, within 18 days
after the date of this notice, or this Commission will cause
same to be r~oved and will charge, assess and collect
the expenses of said removal, as a lien against said
property or as ~ claim against the owner o~ o~maers thereof
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand as Town
Clerk of the Town of Boyuton and affixed thereto the
Corporate seal of the said Town of Boynton, Florida, this
