DEBRIS· OR ONE OR MORE OF SUCH UNDESIRkBLE
THINGS ON LOT 6 BLOCK 3 ORIGINAL TOWN OF
BOYNTON, LOT 8 BLOCK 3 IAKE BOYNTON ESTATES~
LOT 9 BLOCK 4 IAKE B0¥NTON ESTATES· LOT 20
BLOCK 8 BOWERS PARK· LOT 3 BLOCK l0 BOVfERS
PARK
WHEREAS· there exists on certain lands in the Town of
Boynton, Florida, described as:-
Lot No 8 Block No 3 - Original Town of Boynton
Lot No 8 Block No 3 - Lake Boynton Estates
Lot No 9 Block No 4 - Lake Boynton' Estates
Lot No 20 Block No 8- Bowers Park
Lot No 3 Block No 10- Bowers Park
all within the Town of Boynton, Florida· certain wreckage·
trash and debris or one or more of such undesirable things;
and ·
~¥HEREAS the Town of Boynton deems it necessary and
expedient for the preservation of the Public health and
safety of the inhabitants of the Town of Boynton and for
the general welfare of the said Tov~n that there should be
removed from the said lands all wreackage, debris and
trash; and,
~U~EREAS it appears that the following persons are the
owners of the said lands:

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Cor.mnlssion of
the Tov~n of Boynton, Florida~ that this Commission does
hereby direct and require said owners of said lands to
remove from s~.id properti,~s wreckage~ trash and debris~
within fifteen darts after notice is served upon them to
do so; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that if said owners shall not~
within fifteen days after notice is served upon t~hem
directing them to do so, remove from said properties, the
thing or things directed and required to be r~moved,
this Commission shall cause the same to be removed and
will clmrge s~ssess and collect the expenses thereof, as
a lien against said lands or as a claim against the
owners thereof; and~
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice and a copy of this
Resolu2ion shall be served upon the owners of such lands
or upon the agent of such owners; or if said owners are
non-residents, or cannot be found with~Ln the Town, and
have no known agent or agents within the Town, a copy of
said notice and a copy of this Resolution shall be posted
upon said lands
